POD 2 First weights session in 5weeks!! I re set the class and did F45 ROMANS. 2 x 35secs with 20sec rest and 2 laps. (Had to change a few exercises and modify for my back) 1. Chest press wide grip 2. Sumo squat with bicep curl 3.
