But seriously, healthy, easy, fresh….FAVORITE.⁣ ⁣ Also can we talk about this SUPERFOOD?!⁣ ⁣ Wild-caught salmon (which we confirmed with chef this was) is one of the healthiest foods you can consumer! ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️Improves Bone Health⁣ 🌟Boosts Brain Function⁣ ⭐️Promotes Heart Health⁣ 🌟Enhances Eyesight⁣ ⭐️Optimizes skin health⁣ 🌟May fight Cancer Development⁣ ⭐️High in Vitamin D⁣ 🌟Many Other Bodily benefits largely due to the omega-3 fatty acid content⁣ ⁣ Now, I’m not saying you need to eat it raw (although this was pretty phenomenal and fresh fish shouldn’t taste too, well, FISHY), but try to work some of this SUPERFOOD into your diet…smoked, grilled, baked!
